Good with load - bad ride if empty!

These are relatively easy to install. However, when the truck camper is not in the bed the suspension is very rigid! If there was a way to remove easily this would be solved. Because of inner liners it's a pain to access.

You're right, the purpose of the StableLoads is to pre-engage your leaf spring suspension to make for a smoother, more comfortable ride when the truck is loaded up. If you are consistently switching back and forth between riding loaded and unloaded, the Lower StableLoads may be a better option since these can be easily engaged and disengaged.
